Pacific Bearing Company was founded on Simplicity in 1982. Twenty-five years later, Simplicity is still at the top of its game. With reliable, maintenance-free operation, Simplicity bearings will not catastrophically fail and seldom require replacement. The Simplicity product line consists of: linear slides, pillow blocks, sleeve bearings, flange mounts, and die set bushings.

Based on Simplicity technology, the Mini-Rail Plane Rail System delivers tough linear motion in demanding applications from semi-conductor wafer handling to packaging equipment. An economical alternative, Mini-Rail requires no maintenance, is fully interchangeable with industry standard sizes and its simple two-piece design allows for fast installation.

Redi-Rail linear guides are designed for overall accuracy, suitable for packaging industry, sorting, pick-n-place assembly, medical sampling and testing, semi-conductor manufacturing, or material handling as well as door guides and drawer slides. Redi-rail is an all around solid alternative to the typical, more expensive profile monorails.

Dolphin Guides are the industry benchmark for precision positioning. Dolphin Guides contain FrelonGOLD® self-lubricating bearing material, resulting in no metal-to-metal contact. The unique two-piece assembly eliminates tolerance stack-up and the lightweight packages are easy to install. Dolphin Guides can be cut to length and come with many drive options. Custom carriages are also available.

Hevi-Rail linear bearing guide systems are built for the worst environments and a lifetime of durability. These systems are all easily interchangeable and include: the linear bearings, the profile rails, flange plates and clamp flanges. Hevi-Rail linear bearings are used in material handling, lift units, shrink-wrap machinery, steel and coil handling, warehouse systems.
